Tools for the tougher moments
Practical workshops for parents and young people navigating exam pressures and anxiety.
When the pressure starts to build...
For young people, exam time can bring worry, overthinking, difficulty switching off, feeling overwhelmed or a fear of not doing well enough.
For parents, it can be difficult too. You might see the pressure building but feel unsure of what to say, how much to step in, or what will actually help.
You can't always remove the pressure, but you can be better equipped to handle it.
Enigma Wellness and Tarporley War Memorial Hospital Trust bring you two practical workshops for students and their parents, providing tools and techniques to better manage worry, stress and pressure – particularly around exam time.
This initiative has been made possible through funding from Tarporley War Memorial Hospital Trust to support the health and wellbeing of young people. Together, we’re helping students build resilience and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety during exam season.
Thanks to TWMH Trust, our parent workshop is significantly subsidised, and we're pleased to say our young people's workshop is fully subsidised by the initiative.
These two workshops will be facilitated by Esta Bordoni of Pausa Life.
